GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
YXELON Online Store – stYle Collections
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made through the YXELON online store, accessible via yxelon.com, for products marketed under the identity stYle Collections.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
1. Seller Identification
The online store is operated by stYle Collections SAS, the company developing and marketing the fashion and accessories collections of the YXELON brand.

2. Products
The products offered for sale fall under the categories Women, Men and Accessories.
Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (shade, fit, material appearance) may occur and shall not engage the seller’s liability.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and delivery details have been recorded.
The destination of the order depends exclusively on the address provided by the customer at checkout. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated at the time of ordering.
In the event of a Return To Sender (RTS) due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence, or failure to collect the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse in Leipzig, Germany.
Any claim relating to delivery must be submitted within 30 days following the scheduled delivery date.
5. Claims – Defective Products
If one or more products are found to be defective, the customer must:

Submit a claim including a clear photo showing the visible defect
After review, YXELON may offer:
A refund for the item concerned
or
An exchange, at the customer’s request, for an item of equal or lower value than the original order.
Claims are processed as promptly as possible.
6. Order Errors
In the event of an error (wrong item, size, color, etc.), the customer must:

Provide a photo clearly showing the error
Following verification, an exchange or refund may be offered.
7. Returns – Change of Mind
If the order does not suit the customer for personal reasons such as:
Incorrect size or fit selected
Change of mind
Preference for a different color
No refund will be granted.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed defects or errors attributable to YXELON, following validation by customer service.
Refunds are processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Each request is reviewed carefully in order to provide an appropriate solution consistent with the brand’s commitments.
10. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought prior to any legal proceedings.
